I came across a company in Germany who would do it for free. Website: www.tredition.de – I’m planning to publish my next book with them. It doesn’t cost anything but you will have to share your future profits. Maybe it could be of interest to you Nellie. The homepage is German but I’m sure they will be able to provide you with English information too.
